Refund Policy

All item(s) must meet all the following requirements to be eligible for being returned for exchange or refund:

• Item must have been purchased online through www.fightfam.com
• All returns and exchanges must be requested by email to info@fightfam.com within 30 days of delivery date, the email must include the Order number and a specific request of desired action (eg: whether an exchange or refund is desired).
• Items, including all accompanying bags and accessories, must be returned in resale-able condition (unworn, unwashed, with original tags, free of animal hair etc). For sanitary reasons, no returns or exchanges on spats, bras, and compression shorts.
• Only one exchange per item ordered.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We do not cover the cost of returning items for refund or exchange.  In Person Exchange may be possible to arrange. 
• We are not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, stolen, or sent to the wrong address.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays.
• Once a request has been made meeting all the above criteria, we will commence with a refund or exchange once we have received the item(s) being returned.
